Job Summary
Lead Customer Service Representative role responsible for greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and assisting with store operations. Leads shifts on a regular basis, contributes to maintaining high store standards, and delivers fast, friendly service. Requires strong customer care, communication, and teamwork, with ability to sell products and supervise entry-level staff. Physical ability to stand up to 8 hours and perform store duties. Flexible schedules including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends; weekly pay; benefits package including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, disability, 401K with company match, and tuition reimbursement.
