Job Summary
Lead CSR Lead at Bellevue Veterinary Emergency + Specialty responsible for actively recruiting clients, promoting hospital services, scheduling client visits, guiding and training CSRs, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth flow of pets through the hospital. Requires leadership experience in customer service, veterinary/medical facility familiarity, strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to manage cash and invoices, and capacity to work evenings/weekends on a 4x10 schedule. Emphasizes coaching, triage support, data reporting, collaboration with veterinarians, and delivering compassionate, high-quality pet care.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3+ years in a lead role in customer service required
- Experience in veterinary or medical facility preferred
- Strong knowledge of effective customer service principles
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced written, verbal, and active listening communication skills
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Effective conflict resolution skills with experience in defusing stressful situations
- Prioritize work and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, with frequent interruptions
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
