Job Summary
Lead Customer Portfolio Manager role focused on coordinating with suppliers, planners, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of repaired parts, monitor repair shops demand, prepare reports and planning inputs for pacing meetings, identify risks to supply or service performance, and lead cross-functional teams. Requires strong planning, communication, and ownership of responsibilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Mentions leading programs/projects, influencing others, and contributing to strategy and policy development within the KSAB region in Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field from an accredited university or college, or a high school degree with relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with experience in operations planning, project management, Procurement. contract management or customer management
- Strong understanding of repairs, procurement, and customer management processes
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, logistics, customer service, and finance teams
- Experience in working with customer different stakeholders
- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction
