Job Summary
Lead Custodian responsible for supervising and coordinating daily cleaning operations at Huron Academy. Oversees custodial staff, trains and evaluates personnel, develops cleaning schedules, allocates resources, ensures cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of buildings and grounds, conducts routine inspections, maintains supplies and equipment inventory, and assists with setup/breakdown of meetings and events. Requires hands-on leadership, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and strong organizational and communication skills; prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred
