Job Summary
Perform and lead custodial tasks while operating industrial cleaning equipment. Supervise small groups of staff across shifts and assume operational responsibility when the Account Manager is absent. Assist with staff training, quality control, and in-servicing while using protective gear for all duties. Requires two years of environmental services experience, supervisory background, and knowledge of infection control and chemical handling. Must lift up to 50 pounds, work various shifts, and reside within the service area.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in Environmental Services
- Basic computer skills
- ability to understand in-services
- Strong communication skills
- ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of infection control procedures
- Knowledge of chemical handling
- Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work various shifts
- Must reside within the service area
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
- Must provide a criminal background check
