Job Summary
Perform and lead custodial tasks, operating industrial cleaning equipment while supervising small groups of staff on different shifts. Assume responsibility for the team in the absence of the Account Manager and assist with staff training, quality control, and in-servicing. Use protective gear during all cleaning tasks and adhere to infection control procedures and chemical handling protocols. Schedule includes Mon-Fri from 3:30-11:30pm, with summer hours available from 10am-6pm. Candidates must reside within the service area, lift up to 50 pounds, and provide a criminal background check.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in Environmental Services
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to understand in-services
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of infection control procedures
- Knowledge of chemical handling
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work various shifts
- Ability to work around cleaning products
- Residence within the service area
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
- Ability to provide a criminal background check
