Lead Custodian- Getz Elementary

Lead Custodian role overseeing the custodial crew at district sites. Responsibilities include supervising and assigning custodial staff, directing cleaning tasks, maintaining time sheets and attendance, participating in hiring, conducting performance evaluations, training staff on custodial services, ensuring security of district buildings, responding to alarms, maintaining custodial supplies and equipment, and coordinating communication with school administration and facilities management. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, two years custodial experience, and an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. Physical duties include lifting up to 80 pounds, working with hazardous chemicals, and possible district vehicle operation. 12-month work year.
