Job Summary
Lead Custodian responsible for cleaning facilities to maintain a safe, welcoming environment, restocking supplies, and identifying hazards. Serve as a team lead during Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shifts with a pay range of $19–$20 per hour. Must know cleaning tools and safety procedures, be reliable and detail-oriented, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Bilingual ability is a plus and supports Verde Clean’s focus on sustainability and community impact.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year janitorial or custodial experience
- Leadership experience preferred
