Job Summary
Lead Custodian responsible for maintaining interior and exterior cleanliness and leading the custodial team. Key duties include assigning tasks, inspecting work, supplying and inventory management, assisting in screening and hiring, training custodial staff, performing custodial duties during staff shortages, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds, to stand for long periods, and to operate Windows-based computer and Microsoft Office Suite. Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and sign the Statement of Faith. High school diploma or equivalent education required; Charis Bible College student or graduate preferred. Compensation is commensurate with experience with a full benefits package; location: Woodland Park, CO area.
