Lead Custodian @ AG Cox Middle School

Lead Custodian position at AG Cox Middle School with Pitt County Schools. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintenance of floors, walls, ceilings, windows, and restrooms; garbage disposal; moving and arranging furniture; grounds maintenance (mowing, litter pickup, trimming, snow removal); building repairs and handyman tasks (glass, gutters, plumbing, painting, lights); transporting teaching supplies; operating heating, lighting, ventilation, and electrical controls; inventory control and supply orders; maintaining security and fire safety systems; reporting deficiencies; and accepting bus driver assignments as needed. Requires ability to lift up to 100 pounds, frequent physical activity, and High School Diploma or GED (CDL eligibility).
