Job Summary
Conduct daily customer service operations including cash withdrawals, check approvals, and night deposits while maintaining accurate balancing records. Lead the CSR line by delegating tasks, monitoring operations, and acting as a resource for staff inquiries and problem resolution. Manage risk by assessing, monitoring, and reporting issues in accordance with bank policies and the Code of Business Conduct. Train new and existing CSRs on procedures and products, and consistently meet sales referral goals by identifying customer needs. Requires 3+ years of CSR experience, advanced math skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts in Solon, OH.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum of 3 years of CSR experience
- Ability to demonstrate advanced math functions
- Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public
- Ability to communicate via written or verbal format, at a professional level common within a business setting
- Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgment in decision-making and problem resolution
- Ability to establish self as a leader
- Ability to work in a team environment with the ability to interact well, and in a positive manner, with co-workers and management
- Flexibility in scheduling
