Job Summary
Lead CSR (Head Teller) at Builtwell Bank will be the first face customers see in-branch, delivering world-class customer service while handling transactional duties at a teller window. The role involves supervising CSRs, coaching, balancing cash items and reports, handling paying/receiving transactions with accuracy, answering customer inquiries, and demonstrating knowledge of available banking products and services. Strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to branch cash control policies are essential to exceed branch and individual goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Stellar customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds in coin or currency
- Ability to learn and follow financial center operation and security procedures
