Job Summary
Lead CSR oversees teller operations, supervises CSRs, and delivers accurate cash transactions with professionalism in a fast-paced branch environment. Represents the bank with integrity, coaches teammates, demonstrates knowledge of financial products and services to answer customer inquiries, balances cash items, and supports branch goals through exceptional teamwork and customer service. Requires high school diploma or GED and ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds; strong communication and basic computer skills are essential.
