Job Summary

Lead CRM spearheads the retention agenda across the full user lifecycle, driving strategy and operational execution in collaboration with VP Marketing and the Marketing team. Owns retention KPIs, leads a small CRM team, and evolves our omni-channel CRM by incorporating AI-driven workflows, predictive logic, and deeper behavioral micro-audiences. Partners with Brand, BI, Product, and Marketing Intelligence to shift from generic campaigns to value-added, personalized experiences; ensures CRM is integrated with the product and brand ecosystem. Requires 5+ years in CRM/lifecycle/retention, strong strategic and analytical capabilities, experience with Braze, and English proficiency (German a plus).

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention strategy
  • Proven ownership of retention metrics in a B2C digital product environment
  • Strong strategic instinct to translate retention briefs into roadmaps and measurable outcomes
  • Solid understanding of CRM infrastructure including segmentation logic, automation architecture, and channel orchestration
  • Hands-on with Braze; familiarity with AI-driven personalization and predictive tooling
  • Data-literate with ability to build meaningful reporting
  • Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, collaborative team
  • Fluency in English; German is an advantage in our Berlin-based context
