Lead Critical Facilities Technician

Own your site during your scheduled shift as the first point of escalation for all team members, reviewing daily workflows and directing on-shift technicians to ensure a safe, organized, and responsive day. Monitor building operations through BMS rounds, respond immediately to emergency situations and site incidents, and escalate based on severity levels. Support the development of training materials, coordinate team schedules and shift swaps, and oversee customer service requests to operations. Manage site preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance for all assets, ensuring proper work order tracking in CMMS and collaboration with contractors. Lead third-party work efforts, verify safety reviews, and maintain a robust inventory of critical spare parts. Ensure all operations strictly follow governing procedures and foster a positive team culture through mentorship and continuous improvement.
