Job Summary
Lead complex credit resolution initiatives by analyzing multifaceted business, operational, and credit challenges involving unique, precedent-setting circumstances. Exercise sound judgment to evaluate multiple factors, apply Credit Resolution policies and regulatory requirements, and make decisions in sophisticated borrower situations. Partner with peers, business partners, and management to resolve issues, execute strategies, and achieve business objectives while mentoring team members and developing best practices. Drive resolution strategies on challenged credits to mitigate enterprise risk and influence key decisions across the portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Credit Resolution experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial or corporate lending experience in a credit-focused role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in commercial or corporate workout, special assets, restructuring, or credit resolution
- Working knowledge of loan documentation, including credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize findings and present recommendations effectively
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
