Lead Credit & Collections Representative: German speaking

Lead Credit & Collections Representative responsible for the collection of debt on an allocated portfolio of customers, end-to-end credit management including calculating, approving and maintaining credit limits, and, when required, performing regular order hold reviews. Will lead conference calls with a diverse range of stakeholders to resolve disputes, non-payments, or account reconciliation. Requires excellent communication skills, ability to mentor junior colleagues, and a focus on meeting SLAs and SOX-compliant processes. The role emphasizes strong relationship-building, problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, and expertise in credit & collections processes; fluency in English and German and a degree in accounting or finance are advantageous.
