Job Summary
Distribution Center Lead is a working leader responsible for directing daily/weekly work assignments in the Distribution Center, assisting and training associates, troubleshooting equipment and workflow issues, and maintaining productivity and KPI targets. The role involves coordinating with floor supervisors, supervising in their absence, promoting a respectful, collaborative environment, rotating through departments to meet business demands, participating in technology upgrades, and upholding safety and loss-prevention guidelines. Required skills include training and communication proficiency, basic math, proficiency in English, and familiarity with tools like Google Suite; AS400 and JDA knowledge are preferred. High School Diploma or GED is required; prior distribution center experience (2+ years) and equipment certification as needed are desirable.
