Job Summary
Perform all types of quality handyman repairs including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, and basic plumbing and electrical. Oversee a small crew and estimate small- to medium-sized remodels while troubleshooting problems with a quick, professional resolution. Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers. Maintain a clean-cut appearance, organized tools, and a decent vehicle. Requires 5+ years of skilled craftsman experience across multiple trades, own truck or van, and tools. Monday through Friday work week (9am to 5pm) with no weekend required.
