Job Summary
Lead Counter Sales Associate at Core & Main, focused on providing exceptional customer service and sales support, interacting with customers to identify upsell opportunities, and assisting in all areas of the sales process from pulling orders to assisting walk-ins and ensuring orders are loaded for customers. Responsibilities include overseeing customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts, using sales order software, and maintaining accuracy and efficiency in order processing in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
