Lead Cost Controller - Life Science Construction

Implement and maintain cost control systems to track project budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts for medium-complexity construction projects. Evaluate fee proposals and bids to support decision-making while providing forecasts and cash flow analysis. Assist in preparing cost estimates, developing reporting tools, and generating regular cost reports including earned value analysis. Build intricate spreadsheets to manipulate large datasets and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and create a clean audit trail, adhering to SOX control responsibilities where applicable. Requires 8+ years of cost control experience in construction with a degree in Construction Management. On-site presence may vary based on client needs.
