Job Summary
Lead Coordinator, Welcome Center at Spinnaker Resorts manages guest check-in for marketing promotions, schedules tours, provides concierge services, assembles Welcome Packets, updates guest demographics in CRMS/SPI, maintains tour records, coordinates inter-department communications, and supports Welcome Desk staff through training and scheduling. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional hospitality, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring smooth on-site operations across the Welcome Desk and local promotion activities; requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of supervisory/administrative experience, with strong computer skills, data entry accuracy, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced resort environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proven experience as a lead supervisor, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant for 2 plus years
- Advanced knowledge of computers and their various software applications
- Accurate data entry with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent work ethic including dependability, self-accountability, motivation to succeed and consistent work history
- Flexibility on availability based on seasonal volume and coverage for co-workers
