Job Summary
Lead Coordinator in the Technical Training Team at EMR (UK). Provides day-to-day support for plant and compliance training activities, leads the administration and coordination team, and ensures venue, equipment, and logistics are arranged for workshops and events. Manages external supplier relationships, procurement processes, and documentation/records for learning and development activities, including attendance and reporting. Collaborates with line managers, delegates, and other stakeholders to ensure timely attendance and delivery of training, while supporting internal communications and accreditation-maintenance activities. Helps coordinate with regional coordinators, DACs and capability leads to proactively plan training activities; supports purchase orders and the recharging process; works on-site or in the office as part of a busy training program in the UK.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in training administration and coordination
- Knowledge of NPORS or similar national accreditations (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with external suppliers and internal teams
- Experience with records management and attendance tracking
- Proactive and team-oriented mindset
