Job Summary
Develop and maintain executive-level presentations to communicate project updates, performance metrics, and key insights to senior leadership. Support weekly and monthly reporting by compiling, analyzing, and validating data related to development and environmental projects. Track active construction project status, follow up on permits and regulatory requirements, and coordinate cross-functional meetings to document action items. Act as a liaison across teams, sort incoming mail, administer licenses, and schedule departmental events. Identify process gaps to recommend improvements for reporting accuracy and project tracking. Requires at least three years of experience and intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Full medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401K match, tuition assistance, and PTO included.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associate's Degree or Equivalent
- At least 3 Years' experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
