Job Summary
Assist the sous chefs in running the kitchen and oversee a team of cooks. Follow recipes, apply proper knife skills, and use cooking techniques to ensure consistency. Manage employee performance through training, feedback, and development opportunities while sharing culinary knowledge with customers. Requires 2+ years of prep or line cook experience and food safety expertise. Full-time role with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts including weekends, starting as early as 5am. Pay ranges from $21.75 to $23.25 per hour.
