Job Summary
The Lead Cook will prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, lead kitchen line operations during service, and supervise and train line cooks and prep staff. Responsibilities include ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining sanitation regulations, monitoring food levels, assisting with ingredient ordering and storage, and supporting inventory control. Candidates should have a minimum of 1–3 years of cooking experience, knowledge of cooking techniques, and strong organizational skills.
