Job Summary
Lead, instruct, and assist with meal preparations including food preparation, baking, cooking, and clean-up within a structured correctional environment. Read and follow company recipes while maintaining integrity and a positive can-do attitude. Lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily duties. Work varying shifts between 9:00am and 6:00pm, including weekends and holidays on a rotating basis. Requires clearance approval into the facility and a high school diploma. Tigg's Canteen Services offers a competitive wage starting at $19.00 an hour, 401K, and paid time off for this permanent part-time role at Crawford County Jail in Grayling, MI.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work well in a structured correctional environment
