Lead Cook - Park Vista The Legacy

Maintain the culinary schedule and assist with on-call staffing while preparing quality meals following provided recipes and menus. Present food in an appetizing manner by plating neatly and ensure proper materials are available for each meal service. Coordinate and supervise shift operations, including temperature checks, cleaning logs, and garbage control when the Culinary Assistant or Director is absent. Follow safe serving guidelines, assure proper storage and labeling of leftovers, and maintain all culinary spaces in an orderly, sanitary manner to meet state and local regulations. Full-Time Day Shift with on-call rotation. $18.00 per hour plus $1.50 weekend differentials and a $2000 sign-on bonus. Includes PTO and medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
