Job Summary
Oversee production, coach the team, and ensure seamless kitchen operations while upholding quality and consistency. Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and portion standards, operating grills, fryers, and ovens safely. Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards by monitoring logs and organizing workstations. Direct and assist team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations, coordinating station assignments and supporting prep, stocking, and closing duties. Communicate effectively with leadership to keep service running efficiently. California, Texas, and Arizona locations offer hourly pay ranging from $13.00 to $24.00 plus tips, with flexible scheduling and career growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment
- Strong understanding of food prep, portion control, and recipe consistency
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation
- Reliable, professional, and able to communicate clearly
- Able to work productively with minimal supervision
