Job Summary
The Lead Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking large batches of food served to students at KIPP Capital Region schools. Duties include managing food prep, maintaining food safety standards, serving meals, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness. The position requires proficiency in handling food orders, logging records, and managing other kitchen staff.
