Lead Conversion Specialist / Sales (Remote / Offshore)

Job Summary
Lead Conversion Specialist responsible for turning inbound opportunities into paying customers from a remote/offshore contractor setting in Latin America. You will respond to inbound leads, build trust with prospects, understand customer needs, present solutions, handle objections, and drive appointments and sales. You’ll manage the sales pipeline in CRMs (HubSpot, HighLevel, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and work toward commissions and bonuses tied to results. The role emphasizes conversion of opportunities, fast follow-up, and disciplined pipeline management, with a focus on English and Spanish communication, remote collaboration, and adherence to US Eastern Time business hours with some Saturday availability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Call Center Sales, Inbound Sales, High-Ticket Sales, Financial Services Sales, Insurance Sales, SaaS Sales, or Telecommunications Sales
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, HighLevel, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
- Fluent English and Spanish required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Contractor status with ability to provide tax documentation (W-8 or W-9) as applicable
Desired Qualifications
