Lead Conversion Specialist role in a fast-paced, in-person call center in Tempe, AZ. You’ll convert inbound and outbound homeowner leads into qualified in-home appointments for Design Consultants, build rapport quickly, overcome objections, create urgency, and guide customers to scheduling their in-home consultation. You’ll work with a CRM to track interactions, meet performance metrics (appointment conversion, call quality, customer experience), and support a team-focused environment.
