Job Summary
Lead Controls Specialist will drive the integration, installation, and commissioning of controls for compressed air system projects, collaborating with ACF Sales and Service teams from design through startup, and providing on-site and after-hours support as needed. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repair of control systems, emergency and scheduled maintenance, system evaluations, interpreting schematics and manuals, assisting the Sales team during the sales process, and ensuring safety compliance. Must be able to travel to job sites, sometimes overnight, and work in non-climate-controlled environments with the use of appropriate PPE. Requires strong mechanical/electrical skills, experience with IR and competitive controller lines, and proficiency with tools, meters, and basic mathematical calculations.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent (GED)
- 5 to 7 years of related work experience or training or equivalent combination of both education and experience
- Motor Vehicle Record must be in good standing and comply with Company policy
