Lead Control Systems Engineer - DeltaV

Job Summary
Define functional requirements and design, configure, commission, and qualify DeltaV control systems for process manufacturing. Lead teams of engineers and technicians to deliver state-of-the-art control solutions while mentoring less experienced staff. Develop life cycle documents, electrical panels, control architectures, and wiring drawings per GMP standards, and redline P&ID documentation. Implement DeltaV distributed control system configurations and oversee on-site testing and qualification. Provide technical sales support to the business development team. This role requires 2–10 years of automation experience with Emerson DeltaV platforms and a B.S. in an engineering discipline.
Required Qualifications
- 2-10 years of experience in automation
- Platforms: Emerson DeltaV
- Thorough understanding of control system design and coding, including batch control
- Self-motivated, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working with people
- B.S. in Electrical, Computer, or Chemical Engineering or Engineering Technology
- Hands-on experience with current Emerson DeltaV
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without RoviSys sponsorship
