Job Summary
Define functional requirements and design, configure, commission, and qualify control systems for process manufacturing. Lead teams of engineers and technicians to deliver state-of-the-art solutions while mentoring less experienced staff. Develop Life Cycle documents, electrical panels, control architectures, and wiring drawings per GMP standards, including redlining P&ID documentation. Implement distributed control system configurations and manage on-site testing and qualification. Provide technical sales support to the business development team. Requires 2-8 years of automation experience with Emerson DeltaV platforms and a B.S. in engineering.
Required Qualifications
- 2-8 years of experience in automation
- Platforms: Microsoft Windows, Emerson DeltaV
- Thorough understanding of control system design and coding
- Self-motivated, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working with people
- B.S. in Electrical, Computer, or Chemical Engineering or Engineering Technology
- Hands-on experience with current Emerson DeltaV
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without RoviSys sponsorship
