Lead Contract Processor – Travel Required

Job Summary
Provide advanced technical guidance to Contract Administration team members and Sales Leadership by acting as a supervisor during absences, answering escalated issues, and reassigning tasks to meet processing timelines. Perform contract entry, document preparation, and closing tasks while ensuring adherence to state/federal regulations, SOX, and PII compliance. Train new and existing staff on process updates, cross-training, and business rules for timeshare purchase documents, warranty deeds, and authorization forms. Review owner accounts to collect and post outstanding balances for mortgages, late fees, and maintenance fees, and maintain department SOPs. Work weekends, nights, and holidays with travel required to support sales sites, addressing backlogs and resolving escalated items quickly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalence
- 1+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
- demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- 3+ years in contract preparation experience
- 3+ years of cash handling experience
- Must be able to work weekends and late shifts as needed
- Ability to resolve problems quickly and accurately
- Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure of time constraints
- Ability to effectively communicate with front line employees and Leadership
- Ability to adapt and react to constant workload changes
- Must be detail oriented and well organized
- Requires travel in support of Sales to company sites and other locations
- Schedules will vary depending on business needs, and can entail working nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be flexible to work outside of departmental operating hours
