Job Summary
Manage contract performance activities tied to customer sites, acting as the primary interface between the customer and the project team. Assure timely resolution of issues, negotiate changes and variations, and maintain adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications. Lead small projects with low risks, manage staffing and performance development, and serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Convey performance expectations, handle sensitive issues, and bring team members to consensus on technical topics. Must live within one hour of the Orlando, FL and Cocoa, FL sites. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience with a minimum of five years in the power industry, including three years in field engineering or Gas/Steam turbine maintenance. Starting salary range $91,400 to $152,200.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college
- High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum of 5 years Power Industry experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with field engineering / Gas or Steam turbine maintenance experience
- Must live within 1 hour drive of the two sites that are covered by this role
- Sites in the Orlando, FL and Cocoa, FL area
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable)

- Strong quality background with Black Belt certification
- Strong leadership, financial and commercial skills
- Knowledge of the Field Service Portal (FSP) systems
