Lead Contract Compliance Specialist

Job Summary
Identify filings and reports required for regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions where the Company operates. Develop and submit required filings to state insurance regulators, managing data collection from internal and external partners to ensure adherence to market behavior laws. Research statutes, regulations, and agency bulletins to resolve compliance questions, review legislative changes for business impact, and monitor external partner compliance with market conduct guidelines. Investigate potential regulatory issues, act as a liaison between compliance areas and government agencies, and recommend remediation plans for identified gaps. Supports business divisions in implementing applicable regulatory requirements and drafting contracts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in a job related field
- 4 years job related work experience or Associate's and 2 years job related work experience
- 7 years compliance, audit and/or legal experience
- 4 years experience in contract analysis, contracting, and preparations
