Job Summary
Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives at the Aurora campus by identifying high-value losses in yield, output, delivery, labor, and scrap; develop and deploy CI strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to drive yield and process improvements across two sites; assess current processes, map value streams, and implement Lean practices prior to digital transformation; collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to integrate Lean with digital tools; train and coach employees in Lean methodologies; establish and monitor KPIs to measure impact; facilitate CI programs and workshops (e.g., 5S, TDM) and drive cultural change toward an optimized CI culture across a global enterprise; travel less than 10% and contribute to CI portfolio with measurable efficiency gains.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment driving Lean and Six Sigma programs across a large-scale and diverse manufacturing footprint
- Experience in driving a lean before digitize mindset across the supply chain with a global team
- Formal Six Sigma training and associated Lean, Blackbelt and SPC credentials is preferred
- Willing to travel but less than 10%
- Undergraduate degree in applicable field, engineering, computer science, business - information technology
