Job Summary

Develop and own the overall B2B content marketing strategy across brand, inbound, outbound, sales enablement, customer success, and partnerships. Build and continuously improve an AI-assisted content production engine, including workflows, tools, prompts, processes, and quality controls. Create scalable systems for turning ideas, SME discussions, events, webinars, and customer conversations into multiple content assets. Partner with technical and business subject matter experts to extract insights and translate complex topics into clear, engaging content. Manage and maintain the editorial calendar across websites, blogs, LinkedIn, email, case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement materials. Lead and mentor a small in-house content team and coordinate with freelancers or external resources when required. Oversee content repurposing across multiple formats and channels to maximize the value of every content initiative. Support the planning and execution of webinars, podcasts, roundtables, virtual events, and other content-led programs. Develop SEO-focused content strategies covering keyword research, on-page optimization, content discoverability, and organic growth. Track content performance through engagement, traffic, conversions, and pipeline contribution. Use performance insights to optimize the content mix and discontinue activities that do not deliver meaningful results. Present content strategy, performance, and recommendations to senior leadership and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align content with business priorities.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing
  • Proven experience building and operating an AI-assisted content production workflow
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel content strategy across web, blogs, LinkedIn, email, sales enablement, case studies, and whitepapers
  • Experience managing a small content team and effectively directing writers, freelancers, or other creative resources
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, organic traffic, and content performance
  • Ability to understand complex technical subjects and convert SME knowledge into compelling, audience-friendly content
  • Strong editorial judgment with excellent storytelling, communication, and content quality standards
  • Data-driven approach to measuring content effectiveness and connecting content activity to business outcomes
  • Comfortable presenting strategy and performance insights to executives and senior subject matter experts
  • Experience supporting multiple business units, products, or service lines with a lean marketing team
  • Hands-on experience with webinar, podcast, or event content production
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Notion, CMS platforms, and AI content tools
  • Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across different time zones, including flexible working hours to support primarily US-based teams

Desired Qualifications

  • preferably within technology, SaaS, IT services, consulting, or technical services organizations
  • Experience supporting multiple business units, products, or service lines with a lean marketing team is an advantage

  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Notion, CMS platforms, and AI content tools is preferred
