Job Summary
Lead Consultant - SAP BTP responsible for architectural design, governance, and delivery of SAP BTP solutions across hybrid landscapes. Set blueprints, guide development teams, and optimize application lifecycle management for SAP BTP core services, AI/GenAI integration, security/compliance, and multi-regional deployments. Mentors architects and developers, coordinates with SAP, SI partners, and vendors, and drives scalable, reusable assets. Requires hands-on development with Java, JavaScript/Ui5, Node.js or ABAP, expertise in SAP BAS, SAP CAP, RAP, Fiori/UI5, SAP Build apps/process automation/workspace, and experience with Build Code/low-code tooling. Office presence is expected at least three days per week in Chennai, India, with willingness to travel and operate in a global enterprise context.
Required Qualifications
- Experience 12-14 yrs in SAP ABAP, CPI, with a minimum of 4 years dedicated to SAP BTP
- At least 5 full life cycle project implementation experience
- Experience of building high performing project teams
- Superb Communication and Presentation skills
- Willingness to present showcases internally and externally
- In-person working three days per week from the office (India - Chennai)
