Job Summary
Lead Consultant for SAP APO responsible for end-to-end AMS support of SAP APO including Demand Planning, SNP, and PP/DS. Drive RCA and permanent fixes, monitor SLAs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain KT materials and SOPs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Performs functional and integration work across APO–ECC (CIF) and ABAP cooperation, aligning with ITIL-driven governance and audit/reporting needs.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years SAP APO/SCM experience
- Experience with SAP APO processes (DP, SNP, PP/DS)
- AMS support (L2/L3)
- Incident/Problem management, RCA
- ITIL processes, SLA adherence
- Documentation and SOPs maintenance
- SAP APO–ECC integration and CIF experience
- ABAP coordination/debugging
