Job Summary
Execute the Salesforce FSC and Agentforce change management plan, leading daily communications, stakeholder engagement, and the change champion network. Manage training strategy, guide content development, and coordinate UAT to drive adoption success across hundreds of users. Support the migration and automation rollout while collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams and program leadership. This Toronto-based contract runs from September through March with hybrid expectations. The engagement offers a strong preference for conversion to full-time with the consulting company.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce change management experience
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale change programs
- Ability to operate in a hybrid Toronto-based environment
- Some North American travel
