Job Summary
Serve as the subject matter expert in Oracle EPM ARCS, leading major client engagements and overseeing project portfolios. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, design and implement technology solutions, and evaluate vendors. Identify system risks, propose mitigation strategies, and build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor. Provide direct and indirect mentorship to other teams and consultants while staying current on technological trends. Manage projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery meeting quality standards. Requires 10+ years of consulting experience with 5+ years in Oracle EPM implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
- 10+ years of consulting or industry experience
- 5+ years of implementation experience or hands-on administration with Oracle EPM/BI solutions
- Experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS)
- Experience with Smart View
- Consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level
- In-depth knowledge of the technologies and systems relevant
- The ability to interact effectively with senior client executives
Desired Qualifications
- MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD (technical accounting, management system, Business Admin, etc.)
- Experience with Oracle Planning Cloud (previously PBCS or EPBCS)
- Experience with Oracle Financial Close and Consolidations (FCC) Cloud
- Experience with Oracle Data Management or FDMEE
- Experience with Narrative Reporting
- Experience with Essbase 21c (on prem or cloud)
