Job Summary
Lead complex Data & AI projects within the SAP ecosystem, managing the full lifecycle from requirements analysis through Go-Live. Lead your team technically and disciplinarily, steering collaboration while translating client requirements into scalable solutions using SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and the SAP Business Data Cloud. Strategically integrate multi-vendor technologies like Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS to maximize client value, ensuring delivery quality, stability, and economic efficiency. Act as the primary stakeholder contact on the client side, coordinating project streams, moderating meetings, and driving presales and proposal processes. Share expertise through training, presentations, and internal/external technology events to build team competency and market positioning.
Required Qualifications

- Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte oder Projektstreams
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Teams
- Erfahrung in der Leitung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams und Mitarbeitenden
- Erfahrung in Presales- bzw. Angebotsprozessen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- (C1-Niveau) Kenntnisse
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung darin mit, agentische KI in Projektalltag und -umsetzung zu integrieren
- Erfahrung in der Integration neuer Kolleg:innen und Kompetenzen
- Erfahrung in der Integration von Databricks, Snowflake oder Dremio sowie Cloud-Plattformen Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud oder AWS in Zielarchitekturen
- Erfahrung in der Leitung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams und Mitarbeitenden (zusätzliche Erfahrung)
