Job Summary
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP TM in an AMS environment, handling incidents, service requests, and enhancements. Analyze and resolve issues across Order Planning, Freight Order Management, Execution, and Settlement while monitoring interfaces including IDoc, RFC, qRFC, and PI/PO integrations. Perform root cause analysis to ensure timely resolution within SLA and support minor enhancements, configuration changes, and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for ticket triaging, prioritization, and governance calls, while creating and maintaining functional documentation and SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in SAP TM with AMS support exposure
- Understanding of Transportation Planning, Freight Units, Freight Orders, Charges Management
- Knowledge of SAP ECC integration (SD/MM)
- Experience with SAP EWM integration scenarios
- Expertise in interfaces (IDoc, qRFC, CIF, PI/PO)
