Job Summary
Lead and drive overall project delivery, developing plans for scope, estimates, and releases while collaborating with clients to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps. Facilitate discovery workshops to align stakeholders, define delivery roadmaps, and assess technical feasibility using Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Dual-Track Agile. Act as a trusted advisor in product ownership and agile delivery management, mentoring colleagues on career development and recruiting top talent. Bridge technical and business domains to ensure alignment between objectives and goals, escalating account-level challenges as needed. Generate thought leadership content for marketing initiatives and participate in internal knowledge-sharing forums.
Required Qualifications
- Have successfully delivered projects in the past
- Started your career as a BA, Developer, or similar hands-on role before moving into delivery
- Have a good understanding of agile software development practices and delivery frameworks
- Have experience in running discovery workshops with multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Have analytical skills to understand the problem based on data insights and research
Desired Qualifications
- Have flexibility and adaptability - the Lead Consultant role is usually DL-focused, but from time to time, jumping in to cover gaps such as BA/PO will be required to support project needs
