Job Summary
Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and support project managers in delivering complex data center due diligence assignments by tracking scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables. Review site development concepts including master plans, grading, stormwater management, and utilities to evaluate civil/site constraints and support due diligence recommendations. Prepare and quality-review client-ready reports, risk summaries, proposals, and technical deliverables while assisting with client meetings and documentation. Assist with early-stage project planning and site screening for data center clients, ensuring timely execution of multidisciplinary due diligence projects.
Required Qualifications
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- No sponsorship available
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, geology, chemistry, physics, biology, or a related discipline
- Advanced degree
- Minimum of five years of relevant consulting experience
- Experience supporting project management activities, including scope, schedule, budget, meeting coordination, action tracking, and deliverable management
- Working knowledge of site development principles, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, earthwork, development constraints, permitting, and interpretation of conceptual site plans, Civil 3D drawings, surveys, and technical studies
- Strong technical writing, organization, communication, problem-solving, and client-service skills
- Experience with CAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, GIS, data centers, mission-critical, industrial projects, and/or EIT or PE credentials
