Job Summary

Support project managers on complex data center due diligence assignments by coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams, tracking scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables, and maintaining clear communication across the project group. Review site development concepts including master plans, utilities, grading, stormwater management, and permitting considerations to support due diligence recommendations. Prepare and quality-review client-ready reports, risk summaries, proposals, work plans, and cost estimates while documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions for client meetings. This role combines project management capabilities with civil engineering expertise to evaluate site access and earthwork for early-stage project planning. Join the Compliance Strategy and Transactions team in New England offices to help close the gap to a sustainable future.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • No sponsorship available
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, geology, chemistry, physics, biology, or a related discipline
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years of relevant consulting experience
  • Experience in civil/site development, due diligence, land development, or multidisciplinary project delivery
  • Experience supporting project management activities, including scope, schedule, budget, meeting coordination, action tracking, and deliverable management
  • Working knowledge of site development principles, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, earthwork, development constraints, permitting, and interpretation of conceptual site plans, Civil 3D drawings, surveys, and technical studies
  • Strong technical writing, organization, communication, problem-solving, and client-service skills
  • Experience with CAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, GIS, data centers, mission-critical, industrial projects, and/or EIT or PE credentials
