Job Summary
Support project managers with complex data center due diligence assignments by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, tracking scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables. Review site development concepts including master plans, grading, stormwater management, utilities, and permitting to support due diligence recommendations. Prepare and quality-review client-ready reports, risk summaries, proposals, work plans, and cost estimates while managing concurrent projects and site visits. Assist with client meetings, document decisions, and maintain clear communication across the project team. Join the Compliance Strategy and Transactions team in Boston, Westford, Hartford, or Portland to help close the gap to a sustainable future.
Required Qualifications
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- No sponsorship available
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, geology, chemistry, physics, biology, or a related discipline
- Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of relevant consulting experience
- Experience in civil/site development
- Experience in due diligence
- Experience in land development
- Experience in multidisciplinary project delivery
- Experience supporting project management activities

- Advanced degree preferred
